We can design and build specialist rigs for any special applications or unusually challenging contracts. Operating both nationally and internationally, all our staff are trained to CSCS standard as a minimum. We also have a number of staff qualified through the Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS).

Specialist anchor systems, foundation engineering and ground / masonry stabilisation Including:

- Pressure grouting - Plant can deliver 230 L/min of various mixes used on sea defense wall stabilisation, redundant sewer filling and bridgework support. Also applied with anchors and ties. Grouts can be non-shrink or expanding, and can suit surrounding matrix.
- Pressure Pointing – is a method of repointing deep or shallow joints in stone or deep beickwork by mechanical means enabling full joint penetration. Typically used on rial and road tunnels and bridges, and in culvert and sewer renovation.
- Hydraulic and Chemical Bursting - Both mass and reinforced concrete walls, beams, columns and floors can be reduced to rubble using our system of lightweight but extremely powerful hydraulic jaws.
- Concrete cutting - Concrete cutting includes diamond sawing to 400 mm deep in both floors and walls. Specialist wire sawing, both round and square, up to 6 m deep.
- Pile cutting - Including crushing and breaking. Leading specialist in close tolerance pile cutting.
- Shotcreting. Shotcrete and gunite are two commonly used terms for substances applied via pressure hoses. Shotcrete is mortar or (usually) concrete conveyed through a hose and pneumatically projected at high velocity onto a surface. Shotcrete undergoes placement and compaction at the same time due to the force with which it is projected from the nozzle. It can be impacted onto any type or shape of surface, including vertical or overhead areas. There is a video of shotcreting under Completed Projects.
