A prime example is the solution they conceived and designed for English Heritage to stabilize Lincoln Castle Wall, an invaluable Grade I listed Norman fortification dating back to 1068. 

 

Following a series of severe weather events, the castle wall, built atop a pre-existing Roman site, showed signs of distress due to ongoing land slippages. 

 

Out of 14 companies asked to provide a solution under extremely limited access conditions, only Condor Engineering Group Ltd was able to deliver. 

 

With a custom-designed, fabricated, and tested stainless steel mechanical anchor, Condor Engineering Group Ltd took on the roles of engineer, installer, and Principal Contractor for the £750,000.00 project. Their attention to detail included more than 600 anchors with a 120-year design life and bespoke fleur-de-lis pattress plates to match existing castle elements.
